The Braun Oral-B SR18-2 Sonic sensitive toothbrush heads come to fit onto the rechargeable Sonic toothbrush with the rotatory motion, that along with the vibratory pulsation makes the cleansing more effective. It has the bristles arranged in a crisscross manner such that they are opposite to each other in angle and while brushing, they reach between the teeth to effectively sweep out the food debris and plaque. There are power tip bristles which reach into the deeper areas that can not be cleaned with a regular toothbrush. The bristles are faded such as to indicate for a replacement needed in the brush head.
The speciality of this toothbrush head is the soft nature, which is effective in brushing the sensitive teeth, and the bristles although used with pressure, don't exert force and keeps the cleaning efficiency good, but reduces the sensitivity. The bristle arrangement resembles a regular manual toothbrush, but the automated rotatory action of the brush makes the cleansing with this Sonic toothbrush head better. It comes in a pack of two, and advised to change every 3 months, although the Indicator color fade always helps.
