This is an electric toothbrush that comes with less whistles and bells than other Braun Oral-B, but still does an excellent job. It has only one cleaning mode, but the round head oscillates, pulsates 20 000 times per minute, and rotates 7 600 times per minute and that allows the brush to remove twice as much dental plaque as similar manual models. Another great feature is the built-in timer, which vibrates and emits sound every thirty seconds in order to remind you to start with another quadrant of your mouth and also goes off at the end of the recommended two-minute brushing cycle. The package comes with the toothbrush, charger, and two heads; the only two minor disadvantages are the two pin plug and the hard plastic cover that this electric toothbrush is packaged in.

The Braun EB18-2 ProBright Rechargeable brush head comes to use on any Oral-B rechargeable brushes but the Sonic brushes do not adjust and fit with them. The brush head comes with two functional units, one which brushes the teeth and the other polishes the cleaned teeth. The bristles clean the surface of the teeth with their normal circulatory motion, and the interdental tip is provided to clean the areas between the two adjacent teeth where its hard for the normal bristles to reach and remove the debris and plaque.
The indicator bristles on the brush head helps in deciding when to replace it with a new one. This ProBright replacement brush head consists of a special rubber polishing cup, that naturally cleans the teeth and whiten them, to enhance the brightening of the smile. The bristles are green and are soft and flexible, and when they come in contact with water while brushing, the gentle brushing is stimulated and there is no sensitivity felt. These brush heads from Braun is advantageous in also saving the battery life of the brush, by effectively brushing faster and better. The pack includes two brush heads.
