This superb brush has long been a best seller for Oral-B, and it is easy to see why, With an oscillating head with 8,800 movements per minute, and a pulsating head offering 40,000 pulses a minute, the 1000 removes twice as much plaque as a regular manual toothbrush. Other elements that add up to this being a great tooth brush are the inbuilt pressure sensor which indicates if you are brushing too hard, and the charging sensor, which will alert you to the fact that the unit needs recharging. The 1000 is proven to give your teeth a deeper and more professional clean and the unit also aids gum health and there are fewer incidences of gingivitis or gum disease with the use of an electric tooth brush.
